we took our famous super durable
micro fiber furry fabric and wrapped it around a nice wide
piece of strong elastic, then we put a handle on each end.

I have seen toys like this on videos, as a reward for doing a trick or training and wanted one. It exceeded my expectation. The quality is outstanding and our mini-Aussie can do a "strike" with a quick tug and we have safe hands. Easy to stash in my back pocket when using during training.
