Returns & Exchanges

Should it be necessary to return an item, simply send the item to the address above.
- Your name, or the name of the person who placed the order.
- A return address and a phone number.
- Or a copy of your invoice/sales receipt.
If you have a questions before returning an item, please contact us by phone, or by Email.
For items returned in "like-new" condition, we will credit the purchase price paid for the returned item according to the following policy:
- Items returned because the customer was not satisfied for some reason will be refunded in full.
- Cases where a customer ordered multiple sizes of an item in order to determine the best fit will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Should it be necessary to exchange an item, send the item to the address above, include your exchange instructions, including size and color. Please also include:
- Your name, or the name of the person who placed the order,
- A return address
- A phone number,
- Or a copy of your invoice.

If there is a balance due on an exchange we'll charge the additional cost on the credit card you used at purchase. If there is a refund due, we'll refund the difference on the credit card you used at purchase.
Exchanges do not ship free of charge. We may charge for return shipping costs when your item is exchanged.
